The Life Change Center

The Life Change Center is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that has been providing recovery services for opioid addiction since 1998. Serving Reno, Sparks, Incline Village, and Carson City, we empower individuals with the tools, support, and education needed to overcome addiction and improve their quality of life.

Our work focuses on recovery from fentanyl, heroin, and prescription medication addictions, with an emphasis on compassionate care, evidence-based practices, and long-term healing.

Our recovery program takes medication assisted treatment (MAT) one step further, combining medication with specialized counseling, peer recovery support, and family services to create a whole-person approach.
